The late mayor of Pittsburgh, Bob O'Connor at a Steeler Rally a couple of weeks after he was sworn in. He is with former county executive Dan Onorato. The Steelers, with Jerome Bettis won the fifth super bowl. Mr. O'Connor died in September of that year.
