On the left is my sister with recording artists Kathy and Jimmy Zaleski. They were known professionally as Kathy Zee and Jimmy Zee in the late 50's. Kathy and Jimmy performed at the home of Gladys Campbell this day as part of the National Shut-In program. My mother was one of the pioneers in the shut-in program and was honored by the Pennsylvania General Assembly for her efforts. Mrs. Campbell was bed ridden and the Zaleski’s performed for her. My mother would take local talent to people who were ill. They would go to local hospitals or their homes.
