To me, there's a longing in Marilyn's eyes- almost envy. I imagine Marilyn looking at Eve, wishing she could be in comfy clothes with her hair just thrown up in a bun. I also see a look of understanding and equality between the two women - like it or not, they both know their roles on this movie set. Hopefully, they were able to get together for a beer after work that day:)
