The Allegheny County Airport is a great place to learn about war history and to honor our Veterans. The Liberty Foundation brought a Boeing B-17 Flying Fortress experience to the people. The Liberty Belle was used in combat during World War II. This is an image I captured of the B-17 during my visit. I found the plane and history very interesting but I wasn't able to afford a flight.
