This is a picture of my dad Edward Franklin Hilpert. He enjoyed electronics, cars, boats, planes and his Harley Davidson. He was a Draftsman through the week and a bass guitarist for a country western band on the weekends. My parents were divorced for a few years and the Dravosburg house he rented was being sold so he had to move. My dad didn't realize the new house he moved into had a faulty furnace. Sadly, he passed away Jan. 31, 1973 from carbon monoxide poisoning. He left many fun memories and love in my life that's unforgettable. It's great to be able to look back in the past with pictures. It helps us remember what people, places and things looked like. Also, we realize how many changes have taken place through the years.
