If you document something without supporting it than yes. But to capture the true essence of the moment we must be but a fly on the wall seeing the world as the demonic creature it can be. Its easy to say its not exploitation when a mans taking pictures of a couple kissing new years but he's still exploiting their love in all honesty. So if you don't like it than go yourself and make a difference.
