Lets be clear on this aspect of crossing the line. In this picture the police crossed the line when they shoot Fabienne Cherisma. The documentation of the heartbreaking murder allows us as spectators to evidence how human cruelness has no limits when they are in a non save environment. I don’t believe photography is crossing the line in this case. I think documenting a fact in order to share human behavior in a graphic and direct way with others works in this case. That is not an excuse for making this photograph less cruel. In fact this picture is not making the fact that is describing less mean full but on the contrary shows how the context of that happening was evolving meanwhile the disaster continue on camera.
