This is a response by Duane M. Palyka to November 2014

This photo reveals itself in interesting ways. Without a caption, I read "Barack Obama" just by the shape of his head and body size. I see Michelle in the woman. I read "Accident", but am confused by the bundles of clothes at the bottom of the upturned cart. Then, when I see the arm and bag, I realize it's a person who's fallen-- a little girl. I see the accident as part of a kitchen or catered event with all the chefs around, but can't place the cart in the situation. The boy in the sweater with his back turned seems to be part of the accident, but I still can't figure out how he caused it and what the dog's role was. The camera in the back lends an official air to the event. Some people seem genuinely amused by the accident, so it now seems more embarrassing than serious. The little girl is probably Michelle's daughter who was startled by some action of the dog and stepped backward onto the cart and fell. Nothing more seems to be revealing itself.
