June Korea, is a New York based visual artist who uses photography as a bridge to invite viewers to his constructed fantasies. He studied his B.F.A. at Art Center College of Design, Pasadena, CA, United States, and is now extending his field of study in the M.F.A program at the School of Visual Arts, New York, NY, United States. As a visual artist and storyteller, his goal is to create his imagined narrative and translate it into the real world. His hope for his work is that it will serve as a catalyst that stimulates to remember what people have lost and what they once believed in.
